First of all, noodles are purely junk food but still, we like it when we are short of time plus noodles are cheap, filling and delicious also. It is the world’s favorite convenient food which has landed in the soup also whether vegetarian or non-vegetarian soup. It is loaded with empty calories from flour and quickly releases sugar into the blood which is really bad. Excess of salt in it is also very bad for health. The quantity of sodium will lead to hypertension resulting in a chance of heart attack. Recently some samples of instant noodles were tasted and it was discovered that it contains a heavy metal that is lead in a large quantity. How lead got into instant noodles should be investigated.
